I have gone through the first two forms of NBME. I have noticed a couple of questions where they ask for the "case-fatality rate." The data included in the question is one column for "fatality" and another for "all." If you are figuring out for case fatality rate do you even need to look at any of the data under "all?"
It is hard to explain, but if you have taken the NBME you know what I am talking about.
