1 is the real patient note sheet as big as the one in first aid. I am trying to write on it. but the history part is so hard to fit in. even I rewrite the sample answer on that page. Do you need to write in very small size?
2. I keep practicing. but it is really hard to limit the time in 7 min taking history. do u omit some questions in PMH or SH? PAMHUGSFOSS will take at least 5 min if you ask each one
so did you use open end questions a lot?
3. regarding practice. which one is the best way? I used to read all of them and memorize each case. then practice with my wife. but my wife said the better way is to practice like real exam several times before I read the answer.
4. is the short method (telegraph like) patient note not so good? first aid's patient notes are all paragraph. but I think that will take more time.
