yes, affects microtubules, but why not kinesin or dyenin?

Colchicine, Vinblastine, Vincristine, Paclitaxel involve in Tubulin in M phase.

to dr. virgo, spindle is formed of a protein called tubulin, it also forms certain other things, like the kinesin and dyenin, which help in the anterograde and retrograde movents in neurons...
