Good -q////answer-e you get constricted sphincter of Oddi and greatly increase pressure in common bile duct. Otherwise: pinpoint pupils, histamine release, constipation, occassionally urinary catheteriztion is needed, respiratory depression. {mu, kappa and delta receptors}
