A 7 yr old boy with history of camping in Long Island with his family 1 mo ago. Mom thinks he might have been bit by a tick, now presents with rash with red rasied border with central clearing. Also he has fever n arthralgia. He has known allergy to penicillin. So what is the tx for this stage of the disease in this particular pt.
