So i read that MHC II molecules are most important to match when performing transplant surgeries. However, I also read that Tc cells are responsible for graft rejection... Is it therefore logical for me to conclude that cytotoxic T cells are reacting against foreign MHC II molecules? can someone clarify this issue for me please?
