once a b1/b2 visa has been issued, is there any stipulated time period within which u have to enter the usa....i mean if im issued one today is there a specific time period within which i have to make my first trip to the usa...or it will get cancelled.....to attend csa in 2007 can i get a visa in 2006 itself.....it may sound naive but pls help me out...thanks

question 1) you can travel to USA whenever you want before your expiration date, there isnīt a time period to do your 1st travel, noway!
2) you should do your paperwork with time, you donīt know if theyīll give or deny the visa to you. You may imagine they will but you never know.
