i could be wrong in my explanation but this is how i analyze it:
i think all can cause obstructive hydrocephalus but since cerebellar astrocytoma is most common post fossa tumor, i will pick that as an answer. this is the one that does have short hx of headache (as mentioned, also it has hx of progressive ataxia which wasnt mentioned :? )

Ependymoma commonly presents with obstructive hydrocephalus: papilledema, vomiting, headache but u gave hx of headache for a 1 mo. unless u meant all these three sx appear together. also these pts can have neck stiffness and torticollis. also your question being more likely, that means any is possible but pick the most likely

Medulloblastoma is second most common post fossa tumor. more common in boys, your pt is a girl (although this doesnt rule anything out), It can extent to fourth ventricle causing hydrocephalus n it does cause slow onset of headache, neurologic impairement or epilepsy. ataxia may be present. mostly pt has hx of persistent headache n persistent vomiting ( u didnt mention vomiting plus this is the second common cause so thats y didnt pick this one)
