practically in US two drugs are used for asthma mild=albuterol severe=corticosteroids for practical purposes,if the exam demand treatment of asthma,should we choose one of these two drugs or othere are also used in medical practie..will they be the right answer on exam??

well it actually depends on the scenario. if he asked acute managmnt then steriods are a NO . because they have a late action.

oh sorry.I should rephrase.I meant for acute asthma albuterol and for chronic refractory asthma steroids.
