Parinaud's Syndrome (pineal tumor)
is due to compression of Pretectal area or Superior Colliculus?

read about both...

IMHO both are affected - did you have to chose only one?

Ok, it can compress both.
I was concerned because I read both in kaplan at different places and thought one may be a mistake but I guess not.
Parinauds can compress both.
