There are three nerves involved in fracturse of the humerus at 3 different levels : 1-surgical neck fracture: axillary nerve -------loss of abduction 2-shaft of humerus :radial nerve----------wrist drop 3-supracondyler fracture:median nerve--------ulnar deviation (on wrist flexion)+loss of opposition and most importantly loss of sensation over the palmer surface of the lateral 3 1/2 digits.
