since his blood glucose is normal, i choose L. Multiple Sclerosis

It affects ADH secretion

I.. hypercalsemia.. due to any CHRONIC ds ( loosing wt)

IN Kidneys...tubular defect----- loss ability to concentrate urine.

IN GIT--- absorb water...

i forgot,,something related to GLUCOSE ALSO... ????

why not MS?

I used to meet a pateint (my freind) died because of MS and have similar symptoms

No,it can not be MS simply because you will have to have some neurological symptoms(anything that would point out to demyelination).You have incontinence alvi et urinae with the progression of MS(due to demyelination at the levels of spinal cord and brainstem)-but NOT constipation.And they don't really have excessive thirst,do they?THINK like this:If they tell you that blood glucose levels are normal and you see Symptoms similar to diabetes BUT with CONSTIPATIOn,loss of apetite,vomiting etc GIT symptoms-think HYPERCALCEMIA(due to hiperPTH or Cancer,whatever the etiology).
