i think what 3535 said was correct .........i guess we have to start usmleworld as soon as possible , cause seriously by now itself i m wondering , that what the heck did i study , so i m sure that i m gonna regret later that i didnt start my usmleworld ....
today i wasted 3 hours by going to a hospital and helping them in assisting their work , hoping to get some employment letter which will be helpful for my visa purposes , but it is taking away my four hours of time as well as i got tired now ,confussed whether i m doing the right thing .....anyway , i have to finish my hematology and preventive medicine and start usmleworld as soon as possible.......no wasting time anymore ,planning to give my exam by june 15 th , if i go in this pace then sure to get low scores ,,...........

Hi everyone
i want to get some motivation from u guys. It's so tough to study all by myself without knowing anyone doing the same. I want to get a very good score in my st-2CK. I was very much scared b4 my st-1 and scored only 89 in that. So now I want to aim for 99. So far i've done kp qbank with my 1st reading of KP books----scored only 70%. now i am left with few q from kp q bank. i've already started my 2nd reading---will get uw qbank from 3rd april. so much scared rt now. Oh God pls give me some courage. i know if i get really low score i will chicken out. ok guys try to study rt now.BYE.

ok guys now i recieved my score of step 1 92% now my mind is on one side and from tomorrow INSHAAllAh i will start my step 2 ck preparation in a systematic way. i will start reading from IM Cardio (i have already seen the dvd for cardio)..couldnt find FA for step 2 ck..but i have crush so i will use that too side by side...so goodluck to me and ya'll

well yesterday , i went to work in a hospital ,no work , and i slept (it was a night duty) and came back , , finsihed medicine , gonna start surgery , havent done single question yet , waiting to finish my first reading after which i m planning to do the questions ........things r really scaring me ..................

hi everyone
heykar! u arent alone! i plan to start UW almost same time as u would.rushing thru OBG then PSych (hoping to remember them ).lets hope things work out well as per the sschedule so we make it intime
did OB today 2 more tapes to go then Gyn(found notes better than tapes bcos tapes have summaries before chapters not found in notes so we get confused till we read them and realise those summaries werent out of the world)

Yeey! My diary's absolutely up & going! welcome to all the new members & Congratulations to those who passed step 1. Can't keep up w/ the highly motivated spirit here. That's good.
Anyway it seems like I'll be the first fighter here.. my exam is almost coming so i'm finishing up UW then will do my 2nd revision w/ it.
Did Qbook & starting Mock exam also.Working hard to stay motivated & get all these infos in my BRAIN!!

M2,  all the best w/ your approaching exam, you'll have lots of prayers for getting so many good souls together on your journal.
How was your UW exp. I am stuck w/ 63.5 %  average right now.I got just 58 in% in biostats.

You're doing great 3535 w/ your UW. Plus did I read it somewhere that you're working too, w/ a daughter? Man;;;; really that's a lot of work You're doing great!!
My UW as of now is between 58-65% My not so favorite subjects are slowing me down like GI( I thought I knew this subject very well but when I did UW geezz it's tough), Neuro is hard for me too..I'm also focusing on mechanisms...

i guys . , i m doing pediatrics and , finished first chapter ............hoping to finish pediatrics byapril 3rd ........then to do pyschiatry by 3-4 days and start my usmleworld ...............
hi moti , when is ur exam ?
3535 , i think we should not take the scores in usmleworld and feel down with it , take it as a learning tool , it will defenitely help u ................

You're both doing good w/ your schedules! Keep it up..
You're surely up & about karus... Don't stop anymore 'kay....
regarding UW although it says it's a learning tool.. sometimes if not most of the time if scores are not what you've expected it's frustrating esp if it's low like in the 40's it's alarming. Maybe that's one of its purposes to study more once you get a vlow score.
Anyway I'm setting my mind up to review another 3-4 wks although my eligibility ends in June but I want to follow my time frame. Pray... Pray.. Pray...

hi everyone
im doing questions for obgyn.don u guys think that we can study retro too sometimes-
i mean like i was getting so sick of obgyn so i started doing questions and i feel thats a good way to learn .do questions ,then go back to text. helps retain better.
what do u people advice?
motivated2 -when r u giving ur exam .good luck.
doc81-i agree hings do take forever to finish.but lets just keep going.

hi everyone
I have just not touched my books/UW since 3 whole days.Lost all energy.Even today,i feel like going back from the library.I dragged myself out of my house today to the library.I dont know whats happening .I tried to talk to friends who,ve just cleared mle to take some motivation,but all in vain.I am feeling so sleeepy & tired in the library.I think i'll try doing some UW, though i'll mess up the score for sure in this state.

That happens 3535.. in fact that's how I am for the past 2 days too & I noticed increasing anxiety . My life is so busy as it is now but w/ additional struggle to pass this test ..it gets me... This exam is just for my own soul.... So many if's & buts & ifs ...
Even the most motivated person in the whole world gets anxious too & lazy...
I promised myself to do 3 blocks of UW today that's a plan.... we'll see.

oh one friend told me too that when you get headaches while studying that means your brain's full of infos already that you can't wait to take the test ASAP. hehehehe..I did'nt get that kind of headaches yet...
