A ?

its A. reetu!! increase in cAMP how does it stimulate adenylcyclase yaar. it is the product of the enzyme.right? it may even inhibit because of accumilation of product.

remeber this yaar.pneumonic is

Gq - ip3 DAG >>> q

Gi - inh of cAMP >>>i

Gs - stimulation of cAMP >>> s

a1 a2 b1 b2 qiss (kiss)

M1 M2 M3 qiq (kick)

D1D2 si (sigh)

hey reetu!! how does inc c AMP cause activation of adenylcyclase. it is its product not dubstrate. it will actually inhibit.

remeber this pneumonic.

Gq >> IP3 DAG >> ca+ >> q

Gi >> inh cAMP >> i

Gs >> stimulate cAMP >> s

a1 a2 b1 b2 qiss (kiss)

M1M2M3 qiq (kick)

D1D2 si (sigh)

so its "kiss kik si"

hope you got it. all the best

I agree.
Good mnemonic msyamp... I also remember it somewhat like that. smiling face
(also to add: H1 is Q and H2 is S) -not sure how to remember that.

Anyway, I also think its: A. Albuterol
Albuterol is a beta 2 agonist. It acts on Gs which stimulates AC and thus breaks down ATP to cAMP, then cAMP activates PKA....

msyamp... can you explain what happens after that.... how do we get to bronchodilation from this point? (i'm stuck). Thanks.
