hi , im tryin to get in to any externship or observership program and the first place that i called immediatly said NO , bcoz im a FMG , so i want to know how to aproach such a situation , i mean should i go and talk to that specific person or shouldwrite a formal email, i have no clue wat so ever ....... should i keep callin the place till they give it to me , that sounds prety roud to me and i might end up irritatin that person
plz need advice and help from any one

Write formal letters to MANY hospitals. Explain your situation, your strenghts, what you are willing to offer to their hospital, your usmle scores, and any experience you may have in your home country.
Start asking for an observership, which is the "easiest" to get.

thank u lorena, for ur help , as i dont have my usmle scores yet i have posponed the idea of applying at the moment , ill do that first , so that i can make a good n strong letter .
