I think 50 should be E. PK deficiency leads to build up of PEP which stops glycolysis. This decreases DPG production and shifts Hgb curve to left, decreasing P50 and increasing affinity

Hey vinay... if there is defcient enzyme-----the upstream things INCREASE.. so 2,3 BPG production increses.. rt shift occurs on ODC .
