22 A -sideroblastic anemia defect in usage of Fe in synthesis of RBC and Fe overload. 23.B 24.C(goes with the giant cell artheritis) 25.C(tricuspid opening snap best heard at LSB and signs of RHF)

Because pseudogout most commonly affects knees,ankles,shoulder.elbow.

RA does not involve DIP and and spine except C1 and C2

rheumatoid arthritis pain is reduced on movment where as osteoarthritis pain aggrevates on movement.

ya ashwini. you are right. it gradual decreases pain over usage. ABCC reminds me of ADCC.
