in treating shock Dopamine is prefered for increasing blood pressure. So what is the therapeutic uses of norepinephrine?

there are not many therapeutic uses of NE. yes dopamine is preffered for the treatment of shock because it doesnt reduce the renal blood flow.

Norepinephrine is mainly used to treat patients in septic shock and has shown a survival benefit over dopamine
