MHC I binds endogenous peptides.
MHC II binds exogenous peptieds.

Can anyone please give me some examples of what would be Endogenously processed, and what would be exogenously processed?

Are Viruses and tumor always endogenous?
Which bacteria are endo and which are exo?

Thanks.

Almost virus are processed and presented by endogenous pathway ,ie MHC I pathway.

most bacteria are processed byexogenousl pathway.but TB should be endogenous pathway

I think
endogenous pathway: ICT bacteria and viruses and tumor cells --- ubiquitin-proteasome ---- with MHC I ---- CD8+Ly ;
egzogenous pathway: ECT bacteria --- phagocytosis ---- lysosomes ------- with MHC II ---- CD4+Ly
