Hi Italian ,
i ve never heard or read information like that so far...it must be a rumour :? ...i think all of the q's are choosen from the same pool and everybody ,in US or outside US ,faces q's around similar difficulty...
and i also have lots of friends took these exams in Turkey and scored upper than 90 ...Respira profunda ,Buona Fortuna smiling face

Hi Bolognese ,
Unfortunately i know nobody who had taken these exams in Italy and already passed ...But i am sure there must be someone there  ...I think there are only some coincidence  Because it is more than impossible Italian ,Turk ,French students get more difficult q's than people who participate these exams in US
Best wishes and good luck to you all smiling face

You can immediately stop that disscusion about test being harder outside States because it is completealy boolshit.Much more imgs take test in the states then outside so there isn't any reason to make those test harder in europe or some other continent.

This is really bad news, to say that no one has ever passed the usmle exams from Milan !!! Please can some one who had done the exam in italy prove this to be wrong?
Molte grazie
