in hy it is written that----in unconscious subjet if there is bilateral MLF transection.there is deviation of abducting eye to side of cold irrigation
what i get is ---as ur bilateral MLF is transected,both occulomotor nuclei---occulomotor nerve is not working----now if u irrigated lt ear with cold water,,it behave as lesion&rt vestibule is stimulated----slow phase is toward lt but due to MLF PROMblem only lt lateral rectuswill work
and then fast phase will toward rt----again rt eye is abducted i.e opposite to side of irrigation
please give ur explanation
