45years old man is undergoing dialysis for chronic renal failure starts erythropoietin therapy.he has history of type I DM.peripheral neuropathy,and well controlled hypertension.exacerbation of which of the followinf is most likely to occure in this patient?
a)chronic renal insufficiency
b)DM
c)hypertension
d)osteitis fibrosa cystica
e)peripheral neuropathy
plz explain your answer thanks

hypertension.its is due to rapid rise in the hematocit of the chronic anemic blood

Peripheral neuropathy isn't a side effect of erythropoetin therapy.
