a Q in kaplan psy lecture notes 2005-2006 ethics chapter.
17 yr old boy needs stitches on calf laceration,he lives in military prep school full time.parents live far away, from whom to take consent.
A.none as he is emancipated minor
b.dean of school.
book says B is the correct answer ,but why..i would think that serving in military makes u emancipated minor.
plz clarify.

Who said that he is serving in military? he lives in military prep school because he is studying!
