1.vaginal discharge ,fishy odour,pathogen attached to epithelium,ph 5=gardnerella vaginalis,clue cells,metronidazole,not an STD.
2.cottage cheese like discharge=candida,fluconazole
3.vulvular pruritis,frothy green vaginal discharge,straw berry vagina=trachomona vaginalis
4.IUD for 9 months,vaginal discharge,IUD removed,yellow flecks,filamentous gram positive organism=actinomyces
5.painful ulcer on labia majora,ipsilateral painful inguinal LN,gram stain of base of ulcer--->gram negative bacteria "school of fish"=hemophilus ducreyi
6.same but painless=trepenoma palidum
7.painful vesicle on ext genitalia that ulcerate,Tzanck positive=HSV II
8.fern like lesion on ext genitalia=HPV wart

Dear spring
I learn from my boy.He is learning to stand on his own.He tries to stand and he falls.He pauses for just one second or less and then he again tries to stand up.He tries atleast 10 times ,falling again and again until he stands on his own.I have an embaressing score on nbme but I cant quit.I may feel confused,very dishearted which I feel after this test,very ashamed of myself...but I dont have a choice but to try to stand up again. .Thanx for your wishes.I am here just bcz of friends like you.

Just finished with pharma general and 31 qs.General pharma is so twisted.Same thing has million formulas to calculate.I scored good on the test though.now reading explainations.

did 50 qs in a timed mode as reet said.I dont have online q bank.I am doing it from kaplan books.Thats a long story too .TOOK IT AND JUST FINISHED 40% OF IT.
So practiced time mode qs and I think ,,,,i hope I dont have pb with time.Although I dont have time to think much which is my hobby,but still I am able to manage finishing in time.
Now I am going to start with CNS pharmacology.and then its qs.

gave a quick reading to 3 patho chapters from kaplan.trying to finish 30 chapters in 10 days.
now from todays target I am left with immunology chapter 16,lipid lowering aganet,respiratory pharma,GIT pharma,and reproductive pharma. so much to do.

ANS is my weakest area on pharmacology.I have always over looked this chapter.Today I spent time reading it carefully and realised why I am so weak in some areas on other subjevts.IT IS THE BASICS.SO I AM DONE WITH ANS.next is respiration.

respiratory pharmacology was quick.FA is a very good book to revise during the last month.I wish I could give it more readings.
NOW I AM LEFT WITH JUST ONE MAJOR SYSTEM IN PHARMA.THAT IS CVS.After that just a few topics from FA and I am done with pharma.as i get back home,i will do pharma qs from q bank.

I finished CVS too.So now I have mini topics to finish from FA.plus IMMUNOLOGY CHAPTER 6,AND 3 chapters from patho.
I am getting nervous.I have my highs and lows.I am so confused with the form 3 results.Another hurdle. .When will I get over with this stupid exam?
