i m an img , if i didnt get the visa and if i m in a situation were i cant give my step 2 cs , then will my money for the exam step 2 cs (1200$)go into a waste????or will they refund it??

I think you can get a refund - I'm not 100% sure though, but I read of someone who that happened to and this person called ecfmg and explained the situation and i think they got their money back - maybe you should send ecfmg an email and ask them.
