We can find HBsAg and HBcAg in acute hepatitis B
and HB eAg in carrier state

1st marker :HBsAg 2nd marker :Anti-HBc-IgM
Carriers would be HBsAg(+) ,
HBcAb(+) ,
HBeAg(+) associated with chronic infections and active viral disease
