1. How is HPV serotypes 1 and 4 transmitted and what do they cause?
2. How is HPV serotypes 6 and 11 transmitted and what do they cause?

HPV,, 6,11-- SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED ---genital warts ( condyloma accuminata)

1.plantar warts, butcher's warts , common warts , verrucae vulgarisv--- direct contact

2.respiratory or laryngeal papilloma, --- congenital from mothers vagina

condylomata acuminata,--- sex

3. ca cervix -- sex

1 and 4 causes plantar warts and is spread by fomites (according to kaplan)
-shower room floor, towels, etc.

6 and 11 cause benign anogenital warts: condyloma accuminatum -spread by sex.

16 and 18 cause CIN -spread by sex
