Don't loose the hope.... Maybe you will not enter in the Havard hospital system, but they will be programs that will call you for interview... You just have to apply and see what happens, you can find very nice surprises outthere..
Besides there is always the scramble, were your possibilities increase in some amount

Not all is lost. There's more to an application than your USMLE scores. You'll just have to make your application as good as possible in every other way.

YOu do stand a chance. I kno peopla who have taken Step 1 and 2 more than once. Some 3 times and are now in IM programs in NY, NJ, NM and Texas.
