dopamine is produced in substantia nigra and released in striatum? So dopamine receptors are located in striatum?

Amongst other places,yes- they are also found in striatum.

I mean, where is the major site of dopamine receptors? most of dopamine receptors are located in??

the highest density of dopamine receptors are in the Caudate and Putamen.

The Substantia Nigra releases dopamine to the Striatum (caudate and putamen).
