i meant
concentration of INULIN in tubule is INDEX of water reabsorption..
GREATER the water reabsorbtion, the greater the increase in INULIN concentration.

just to add: it's because inulin is not reabsorbed or secreted in the tubule, the amount filtered is the amount excreted. but because water is reabsorbed, the concentration of inulin throughout the tubule increase with the reabsorbtion of water.
