Do 100 % of qbank, try to read all explanations or at least the ones you got wrong or the ones you guessed, when you finish all qbank take a look at the feedback by subjects and systems take 2 weeks to concentrate on your weak areas according to it, and take the test,

I am scheduling for 2nd week Feb. I am studying from Kaplan notes, BRS Patho, Physio and Behavioral, and WebPrep and Goljan. Also doing Qbook and taking Qbank shortly.
I have been studying toward step1 since 3 months.

about 10-12 hours (somedays lesser). I am doing second revision.

Meg I agree with raturbay. I would also try to take it twice in the TIMED mode.
