When a human beings conscience is established, also kids are allowed to initiate behavior and interest. What stage is this?

i might miss it so correct me......arnd the age of 4-5 yrs when the super-ego is developing..... the erikson stage of initiative vs guilt

thanks....interesting info. just a correction(or addition) to my earlier statement. The superego is developed at the age of 6 years in a child....whn ethics kick in.
