e-laceration , it could be abuse or just injury from any other cause , with UTI there should be blood in the urin and not foul smellin discharge specialy in a 7 yr old girl.

d..foreigh body.i think the most common cause of foul discharge in this age is a forigen body

i think its a. as there is foul amelling discharge. which wont be present in other conditions. cant be sexual abuse as there is no history and genitalia are normal. ___________________ There is always hope
