decreased preload. its niroglycerin. but see let us consider a arterolar dialtor. it cannot be because it will have giddiness and also it can help esp in angina

Ideally it would be A and B,but as the drug acts FAST,it is most likely nitro sublingual -venous dilatator so decrease in preload.

If she was taking an afterload reducer-the drug would not have acted so fast.
