hi, buddy, i am preparing the step 2 now and wondering, if i need remember all the details of treatment / therapy, such as the exact dose of drug... or just remember the principles for therapy and leave the details for step 3?
one more question is, when you guys prepare the step 2 CS, do you buy all of the instruments for diagnosis or they are provided in the scene of exam? or there are even no need to use the instrument for diagnosis?

i can help u with the CS part.u can buy instuments for ur practice like hammer for jerks,tongue depressors,or tuning forks.but they ll be provided at exam centre.all u can take with u is ur steth .Abt otoscope and opthalmoscope, i just practiced with them once in the orientation at step2 cs centre.
