hello there,
does observaship/shadowing physicians at the private group of physicians clinic count as a USCE ?? its so difficult to get observaship/extenship at medical centers or hospitals. i would truly appreciate if someone could answer me. thank you.

It does count as USCE but you can't compare it with Externship or Observership in Big Hospital which certainly carries more weightage..Try to get some excellent LOR from doctor's over there...I know it sux when hospitals don't let us get clinical experience but ask for the same when we apply for Residency..good luck
