If a patient is allergic to eggs, which vaccines can you NOT give them?

Flu, MMR, Rabies, yellow fever are some of the viral diseases that are cultured using eggs. For rabies nowadays recombinant is more prevalent, so its safe, but always check.........

can you explain why people with egg allergy are also allergic to these vaccinations?
