why cant 3 be salmonellosis.......that seems more appropriate than staph.....which can also cause gastro......but skin and lung indections are more common

the reason is that staph has preformed toxin to induce abd pain and diarrhea quickly after the meal. While Salmonellosis gives more systemic presentation...like fever etc. Would you agree?

Doesn't Staph. toxin cause abd.pain, nausea and vomiting? I go with Salm. CAGFB
