I know for two of them 1. Lysteria monocytogenes 2. Treponema pallidum

The mnemonic is TORCHS. Toxoplasma Other: (VZV, Listeria, Malaria, Parvovirus) Rubella CMV Herpes and HIV Syphillis *Note: the TORCH screen for neonates no longer includes syph test so must order separately. Anyone know any others in the "Other" category???

all enteroviruses can cross placenta and cause cerebral palsy or various forms of encefalopathy.
