The application of PEEP( Positive end-expiratory pressure) to mechanically ventilated person would increase INTRA CRANIAL PRESSURE.? HOW??

well I found out that PEEP improves hypoxemia but impedes cerebral venous return hence increasing intracranial pressure

yep . ..impedes cerebral venous return cuz postive intrapleural pressure by PEEP.
