i've been studying immunology mainly from microbiology and immunology examination & board review and wanted to know if this is sufficient for the exam. i really don't want to have to get a separate book for immune system, but it is one of my weaker subjects. please help..

kaplan notes are the best to go through immunology .i never understand from anywhere else. may THIS BOARD REVIEW book is good to solve questions at the end of book.

Depending on how weak you are in immuno, you may want to go through How the Immune System works by Sompayrac first, it is a very basic but very clear and easy to memorize presentation of the immune system. Maybe also look at the Immuno section of the Rosenthal book on Microbiology and Immunology, if you are looking for another source. I can't really give advice on the Lange book you have mentioned, because I have not really studied it.
