What part of brain stem is corticobulbar fiber coursing through? In what circumstances it can be lesioned?

The important clinical cases for corticobulbar are:-
In Internal capsule, they are most anterior in the posterior limb. (Middle Cerebral art occlusion - lenticulostriate)
In Midbrain they are medial most fibres of Crus Cerebri. (Weber's syndrome - The paramedian branches of basilar artery)

I think Kaplan notes are very good for this section in Neuroanat.
