It's an IgE dependent cytotoxic reaction which is also caracterizes by presence of high levels of eosinophils.IgE does NOT bind complement.(IgM and IgG do) So,my answer would be A.

in kaplan videos I remember in immunology she said IgG is the only antibody that is responsible for ADCC

in the first link the sentence I wanted to emphasise on is the following; Type II or Cytotoxic Hypersensitivity also involves antibody-mediated reactions. However, the immunoglobulin class (isotype) is generally IgG. In addition, this process involves K-cells rather than mast cells

ok the ans can be A as there is one document which states that there are IgG antibodies to the antigens of this worm. I am confused...

In Levinson book-you have IgE and ADCC... I am still waiting for my ordered Kaplan,so I can not look it up over there... But I would go with A,as it is the only thing that makes sense here.
