hi all ,
i am planning to take the step 2 ck in may this year...have read the kaplan notes once and i am now planning to take the online qbank .
can someone pls tell me which is a better site to prepare ...kaplan qbank or the usmleworld qbank...
i am new here but have been reading the posts from yu all for sometime now and i really appreciate the way you all have been helping each other out and i am happy to be a part of this group and hope that i will also be able to contribute ...
one of my fav posts was how to keep yourself motivated and the replies there were something that anyone of us can relate to...lets keep encouraging each other to do better and bust the usmle exams...
i am planning to apply this year for the 2007 match...would it be good enough to apply with step 1 and step 2 scores or be late ( somewhere around nov end ) and apply with alll scores...

welcome achilles
this is my personal eperience if u r done with first reading than do uw with ur second reading becuz it will help u develop ur base and also tells you in which areas u r lacking . though true for kaplan q bank but not high yield than uw
do first uw than kaplan q bank

thanks loreal for the prompt reply and it sure is going to be of help.i'll try and do it just like yu suggested.are you through with your exams or in the process of giving them?
and what do you suggest about the application thing - is it good enough to apply with step 1 and step 2 scores in mid september or get late and apply with all scores in med november.which is a good thing to do?if i make an application with step 1 and step 2 scores i will be mentioning that i have already registered to take the step 2 cs exam.

iam in the same boat as u r , all i know is that be prepared with all the three exams till sep late till oct , but exceptions can happen , it depends on you ,for me the goal is to complete my exams first , ys my targetis for 2007 but i dont know what future holds for me ,so dear try till sep or oct , nov will be too late .
