hi:
as every one know most img begin their residency on j1 visa. later whn they finish their residency and want to resume their practice in the states this will be available only through j1 waiver program.
as i have read from many sources j1 waiver positions available are so limited that is only few of the j1 holders will have the opportunity to practice in the US and the rest have to return to their countries for two years before being allowed to practice medicine in the us. but what i notice is that the minority are who return to their countries wheris the majority remain and work in the US. my question is how can they do this and we know the limited waiver positions.
i will be really thankful for any comment.
