Hello,
When I went for interviews I met people(IMGs) who had already appeared for step3 .but when I go to the website with info about step3 requirements ,it says that u need 2/3 yrs(depending on states eg:NY:3yrs,OH:2 yrs )of IMG training to get the license,As I understand it arent the req to appear for step 3 same as the req for initial licensure,can somebody plz clarify.
