I am sorry to hear that you failed step1...I think you should take a little break now,try to relax and after all these you should begin to study again for the test.I know it will be boring to begin again the same work,but think positive, you will only repeat what you have already studied and study more your weakest subjects.Soon it will ber all over and you will forget about all the stress,effort,sadness,angry and restless nights.
So,keep up the good work!!!!

For whatever it's worth, someone once told me, look at your failure, not as not passing the test, just think this is another opportunity to get a decent grade next time you go for it! Because 75 is passing, yes, but once you get, you are stuck with it and it can hurt you down the road. So be positive, and you are allowed to be mad and upset, just get over it and concentrate on your goal! Best of Lucks!

hi
i have read FA and its good but i thought that it is not adequate and wont cover the whole exam. plz help me explain this.
also please tell me what kind of anatomy questions u got in exam. as my anatomy is very very wek.
and best wishes for your next attempt. remember " why we fall, so that we can learn to put ourselvs together again" u will pass next time , inshallah. and also get a very good grade.
also please tell me the mistakes u think u made during prep as our now u can see the whole picture.

Hi Shazaam. My story is very similar to yours, missed it by 8 points. This test is like trying to hit a home run with your eyes closed, you don't know where the hell the ball is coming from. I think that I failed because of not doing enough questions. I dedicated the last month to reviewing mostly instead of doing questions. Time was an issue for me during the test. This time I'm trying to do as many questions as possible and going back every once in a while to repeat them to make sure I understand why I'm picking that answer and not the others. What I don't know is from which books should I review Immunology and Molecular Biology. I'm using the High Yield and Kaplan books. Last time I used Kaplan only, but I felt lost in the questions during the test. Then again maybe it was becuase I didn't practice enough questions. Well if you have any input on what to use for those subjects I would really appreciate it. Thanks
