dear friends,
I find this forum fantastic , and have been a silent observer till now.
I was supposed to write step 1 in Aug 2005 , prepared for exam,even booked the exam but backed out in the last minute because of personal problems.
Now after a gap of 5 months I find it hard to get back to books.
i really need ur encouragement and support, I will write my dairy everyday from now on
my goal is to write step 1 in 2 months time
my study materials are
Kaplan notes
Goljan path review/100 pages
First aid
Kaplan q book/ Kaplan q bank
NBME/USMLE CD
I don't know how much I remember from my last reading 5 months ago.
I am thinking 4-5 weeks would be enough for one revision of all subjects, or am I being too optimistic?? After that I will start q bank/book, and revise again??

phew! i am posting after a long time

i had to take an unexpected trip
got back 2 days ago and started with goljan audio
i have to stick to a strict schedule and get over with this exam

yesterday did a bit of goljan audio
i am so slowwww,,,, i have to pick up speed
today will start immumology ,,have to run a few errands today, but will try to cover as amuch as possible

i am writing after a gap, continuing on with goljan audio, very slow  .
todays goal is 2 finish 1 lecture of gojan and first 6 chapters in immumology

i did bad in the past 2 days , only covered 3 chapters in immunology
but i feel little better that i am finally getting back slowly but steadily into the study mode after not studying for so many months.
okay will get back to books now
