i'll try
amplification means making MANY COPIES of the same type of antibody.
Recombination means that antibody has genetically different conformations that are each specific for diff. antigens.

reet, i googled this..."Collagen type I is laid down by bone forming cells (osteoblasts) in organised parallel sheets (lamellae) and subsequently the collagen chains become cross-linked by specialised covalent bonds (pyridinium cross-links) which help to give bone its tensile strength."
