Q 10 Passing thru serial cell cultures to lose neurovirulence....tht is ATTENUATED. Used in Live oral sabin polio vaccine.

i'll try

amplification means making MANY COPIES of the same type of antibody.


Recombination means that antibody has genetically different conformations that are each specific for diff. antigens.

reet, i googled this..."Collagen type I is laid down by bone forming cells (osteoblasts) in organised parallel sheets (lamellae) and subsequently the collagen chains become cross-linked by specialised covalent bonds (pyridinium cross-links) which help to give bone its tensile strength."
